Snow in March...6 inches!!!

Well it snowed 6 inches this weekend! We were very excoted since the last time it snowed in Tulsa Harry had pneumonia and I only let me outside for 5 minutes at a time. This time we were out for hours! We built a snowman and tried to build an igloo, it came out more like a fort! W could get a roof to stay! This was the perfect snow for snowballs so of course we had to teach Harry how to have a snowball fight. He thought it was HILARIOUS to throw them directly at me!

Later our neighbor Maryn came out to join us. She didn;t last very long. She did last long enought o make Harry very mad by eating snow off his snowman. He wasn't happy!

Afterwards, He snuggled on the coucha nd drank hot coco!

Irie's Party

Our next door neighbor Irie has a party, no reason, just a party. She invited some friends from her daycare and of course Harry. He was the only boy but he didn't seem to mind. The kids had a really good time. They played pin the "Flower on Dora", broke a pinata, ate cake, and just played. I really enjoy this age...being able to play without anything really planned. The kids just ran around not really even caring that there were games to be played.

Well it was Butch's birthday (March 1st). He had to work so Harry and I hung out all day thinking of something we could do to make Daddy's day special. We decideed tomake hima a cake! I made the cake while Harry napped but as soon as he woke we decorated. I enjoyed the frosting part but he REALLY enjoyed the sprinkles!

After the decorating I took Harry to get a haircut, you will notice in the pictures!

When Butch got home from work Harry and I sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to him and he made his wish. Harry loves to blow out candles so he helped daddy. As you can see in the video he had to do it himself as well. After cake we metHarry's friend Sophia and her family at the Circus as you can see below.

Circus!

We went to the circus on Sunday with Sophia and her family. We had a great time! It was a little surprising that a circus could last for 3 hours. Harry and Sophia enjoyed the Clowns, Elephants, and Bears. The highlight of the evening was riding the Elephant. Harry wanted to do it "one more time". He didn't care that the line was a mile long and we were running out of time. He really enjoyed the Jupiter Jump as well. We were sitting in the first row and clowns came by and played with the kids, gave them coloring books, and lighted swords.
Sophia is a good friend of Harry's from Baby School. We are very sad that Sophia is moving to Boston in a couple of weeks. She also lives in our neighborhood. Butch and I really enjoy her parents also. We have spent many nights playing games and hanging out in the backyard with the kids. We will miss them!

BUBBLES!!!!

BUBBLES!!! GOTTA LOVE BUBBLES!!

Bubbles are our fevorite thing to do in our yard. We spend many of hours chasing bubbles up and down the driveway and all around the backyard. We usually invite our next door neighbor Irie ocer to play and Maryn enjoys to watch as well.
